Product Description

The screw blade machine is used for processing sectional screw. This line includes hydraulic system,mechanical system and electric control system. The hydraulic system drives moulds on the foundation to reciprocating move, and this makes two moulds interactional to change steel plate shape to be screw. One set mold will match one size of screw,on the screws process. It is easy to operate, has high production efficiency and great working accuracy, and ect.

This motor is for hydraulic pump , it drive hydraulic pump for position selector valve and pressure regulating valve.
 
1.Pressing and sliding block
This parts is made of sliding block and support guide rail. The hydraulic cylinder drives sliding block reciprocating moving, then drive mould to work on the steel plate. There is a route control button to control this block. The block route length will change screw's pitch.
 
2.Mould
we will make mold according to screw blade size

3.Electric control system
The control system is connected with oil pump. The control way is foot step type button, one is for forward moving, and the other one is backwards moving.
